I love me some aromatherapy, and I'm convinced that people don't use enough essential oils because they simply do not know enough about them or about how to actually use them. Essential oils can be used in a variety of ways. You can add them directly onto your skin (using a carrier oil like coconut oil ) , you can use oils in a diffuser, you can mix a couple drops into a bath, or you can simply smell them 🥰 Essential oils contain more antioxidants than fruits & vegetables. They also control free radical damage on a cellular level (DNA damage, wrinkles, heart disease, etc)
This beautiful herb here is Peppermint, and peppermint oil is one of my favorites.
Peppermint oil kills germs, stops itching, relieves pain, prevent or reduce vomiting and nausea, helps the body eliminate mucus, reduces muscle spasms, and more !
There is so much magic in plants ! Firstly, plants have a conscious, and they communicate through their root system . Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots, or other plant structures to enhance psychological and physical well-being to balance, harmonize, and promote body , mind , and spirit.
Aromatherapy treats the entire body, not just one disease or symptom. It assists to balance, regulate, heal and maintain itself.
Whether you are breathing the oils in or applying them to your skin , they enter the bloodstream to deliver their healing power and promote whole body healing <3
